I own a double wide manufactured home, 28′ by 56′, with an asphalt shingle roof at the referenced address on Jerry Street. The slope is not great and it has two valleys. Shingles were replaced around 2004. The home was moved to the current location about 11 years ago where it has been permanently set up. I have water coming out of the eaves off and on for several years. I usually tar the edge and it disappears, It has never shown up inside f the home. I fear that with hail, the move of the home, etc., there could be a lifting occur on the roof and I either need new shingles or some sort of repair. Appreciate any assistance.

I need a new roof. I am moving into this home under a 203k loan and roof is required to be replaced. I know i need siding checked. The windows may need checked as well. If you do fence repair also, the gate i believe will be required for repair. I am hoping you are familiar with 203k and what would be needed to pass FHA standards. If you see anything else that may need done we would appreciate it being left in the quote.
